Product Returns due to Delivery Error

In all cases where products delivered differ from those ordered, either in type or quantity, the customer must return the products for inspection and error verification. In such instances, the cost of returning the products to the company, as well as the cost of re-shipping to the customer, will be covered by the company, provided the customer follows the return method recommended by the company.

In-Store Return Process

In this case, you may return the item to us, and once it has been inspected, your refund will be processed.

If You Received Your Order via Courier

In this case, you must package the product securely for transport (e.g., in a larger box for protection during shipping) and then return it via your preferred courier service. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If the product is deemed eligible for return, a credit will be issued within 30 days.

Product Returns Covered by cladding.gr

The customer has the right to return products purchased from this online store, with the cost covered by cladding.gr, in the following cases:

  1. If incorrect products were sold due to an error by cladding.gr (e.g., error in order processing, invoicing, shipping, etc.). In this case, the customer may request a return. Returned products must be in excellent condition, sealed, complete, and undamaged. The product packaging must be the original packaging that normally accompanies the product and must also be in excellent condition.
  2. If products of poor quality were sold due to an error by cladding.gr (e.g., damaged during transport, poor packaging, etc.). In this case, the customer must refuse to accept the product upon delivery and contact this online store immediately. If the customer accepts the product, cladding.gr will not accept any return and will therefore not provide a replacement. Furthermore, if the customer does not return the product, a new product will not be sent, and the customer will need to place a new order/purchase. The product must be returned in the condition it was delivered.
  3. If you changed your mind and no longer want the product you ordered

In all three aforementioned cases, the maximum return period cannot exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

In all product return cases, the customer is obliged to return all accompanying documents (e.g., Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, marketing material, or any other promotional material, etc.) intact and in excellent condition.

Returns of products ordered from abroad (with 8-20 days availability) or custom-cut and printed items are not accepted.

The company reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until the customer has supplied proof of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first. The company will process the aforementioned refund using the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the customer will not be charged any fees for such a refund. The refund can also be made by crediting the customer’s bank account, which they must notify cladding.gr of promptly and in writing. The company is not required to refund additional delivery costs if the customer explicitly chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the company. We remind you of the seller’s liability for actual defects and lack of agreed properties in accordance with Articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.
