    This website and the online sales store «www.cladding.gr» (hereinafter: “e-shop”) belongs to the company named «AFOI TROKOUDI ELTOP MONOPROSOPI ANONYMI VIOTECHNIKI EMPORIKI ETAIREIA EPEKSERGASIAS XYLOY» with the distinctive title «cladding.gr», based in Greece, in the Municipality of Elefsina, Kokkinopyrgos Kalympaki position (Tax Reg. No: 094470175, Tax Office: FAE ATHINON). This constitutes information regarding the data required by the relevant provisions of Law 2251/1994, Presidential Decree 131/2003, and Law 2472/1997, as applicable.

  3. Regarding the product prices listed on our website.

    All product prices in the online store are in Euro – € and include 24% VAT, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
    Prices are subject to change without notice and are valid for the period they are displayed on the website. If an order has been placed and paid for at a different price, the contract will be executed at that price.
    All product prices in the online store do not include installation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
    Shipping costs are not included in the listed product prices and are borne by the customer, varying depending on the shipping and delivery method of the purchased product, as stated below, under (4).

  4. Order Fulfillment Steps.
    1. Register on our website by filling in all the required fields.
    2. Select the product you are interested in, checking the features in its description.
    3. Confirm that you accept the terms of purchase after reading them.
    4. Order confirmation is sent by email.
    5. We check availability and contact you within 2 business days.
    6. Pay the amount into our bank account (or by card/cash on delivery).
    7. We send you the product using the method you selected.
  5. Shipping Methods – Shipping Costs.

    The product you purchased can be shipped or delivered via the following options:

    a. Shipping via carrier.
    Shipping via partner carrier.
    Carrier fees are borne by the customer, upon arrangement with the carrier.

    In any case, you can pick up your order from our factory, upon arrangement and availability check of the products.

  6. Payment Methods
    • Bank deposit: After depositing the funds, please contact us by phone, FAX, or e-mail and inform us about the deposit, sending us the proof of payment. When making the deposit, please include your full name in the beneficiary information.
    • Cash: The customer can pay the sale price and other agreed charges and fees in cash, payable at our store’s cashier, when selecting “store pickup” from the payment methods.
  7. Issuing Documents.

    cladding.gr gives you the option to choose whether you will receive a retail receipt or an invoice (Invoices are issued to companies, workshops, stores, dealerships, and freelancers, provided the necessary information is completed). You also have the option to print your receipt after completing your online transaction.

  8. Defective products.

    cladding.gr is committed to the quality of its products, and the completeness and validity of the information provided on its website, subject to technical errors.
    If a product is not immediately available, we will inform you by phone about its expected delivery time.
    All our products are received packaged from our suppliers. If a product is proven to be defective, the customer reserves the right to return the product after agreeing on the return method, and upon confirmation of the defect, we will replace the product.

  9. Order fulfillment delay.

    Reasons why your order fulfillment may be delayed include, but are not limited to, the following:
    a. Delayed delivery of the product from our supplier
    b. The product has been discontinued or is unavailable from our supplier
    c. Force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, holidays, and strikes.
    d. If we are unable to contact you by phone due to incomplete information or clarifications regarding the product for its shipment or payment.

  10. Order cancellation.

    You have the option to cancel the order as long as it has not already been shipped and is not with a shipping company, without any charge.

  11. Right of withdrawal – Refund.

    After receiving the product, you have the right to withdraw, without stating any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days, returning it in its original condition, with your only charge being the return costs. Along with the product, you must send us both the issued document (receipt or invoice) and any written product warranty.
    In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund the product amount you paid within 30 calendar days.

  12. Warranty.

    For product warranty, it is necessary to present the purchase receipt or invoice, as well as your ID card if requested by our store. In case of product damage and if your warranty is valid, as stated on the website, you can contact us for its replacement or repair. 4Walls.gr will inform you about the availability of the product or the spare part required to fix the damage, as well as its expected delivery time.
    If the spare part is not available in our warehouse, the delivery time is usually 7 business days, provided it is available from our supplier. If the defective product cannot be repaired, a prerequisite for its replacement with another is its return to our warehouse.
    The customer is responsible for checking the product/spare part they just received before using or installing it, and ensuring its integrity and completeness. In case of damage or missing parts, they must immediately contact our company. 4Walls.gr is not responsible for the depletion or discontinuation of products by its suppliers. Products that have already been repaired or have been damaged by the use of non-genuine or incorrect spare parts are not covered by the warranty.

  13. Terms of Use.

    4Walls.gr advises all users – visitors to read the e-shop’s terms of use and, if they agree with them, to proceed with further use of it.

  14. Amendments to Terms of Use.

    The user-visitor of the e-shop understands and agrees that the above terms may be modified at any time, within the framework of current legislation, without prior notice.
    For this reason, we recommend that visitors regularly read these terms of use.

  15. Personal Data.

    The Personal Data (PD) you provide to us in the context of a transaction through this e-shop is strictly necessary and used solely for the fulfillment of your order and the issuance of relevant documents.   16. Jurisdiction of Courts.

    For any dispute that may arise from or in connection with a transaction carried out or intended to be carried out through this e-shop, the courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction.
